Michael J. Cooper
Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Michael Cooper has worked in the real estate development and property management industry since 1987. He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee REIT in which capacity he is focused on strategy, acquisitions, capital markets and investor relationships. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Realty Corporation from its creation in 1996 to its restructuring into Dundee REIT in 2003, during which time it grew from under $5 million worth of assets to over $1 billion. Prior to joining Dundee Realty, Mr. Cooper was a Vice-President of Goodman & Company, responsible for investments in real estate and for establishing and co-managing the Dynamic Real Estate Funds. Mr. Cooper also served as Vice-President of both marketing and development for Twigg Holdings Limited, a private developer and manager of urban office buildings, primarily in downtown Toronto. Mr. Cooper currently sits on the Board of Directors of Cogitore Resources, Zoolander Corporation and the Power Plant Gallery. He holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and received a Masters in Business Administration from York University in 1986.

J. Michael Knowlton
President and Chief Operating Officer
Michael Knowlton has 20 years experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Knowlton first joined Dundee Realty Corporation, the predecessor company of Dundee REIT, in 1998. Since that time he has served in a variety of capacities including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for property management operations, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial accounting and reporting, treasury and finance functions. In February 2006, Mr. Knowlton was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Trust with a focus on acquisitions and external relationships. Prior to joining Dundee in 1998, Mr. Knowlton held senior positions with companies including OMERS Realty Corporation, Imperial Oil, Datacrown, American Standard and Citcom (a privately held real estate development company). Mr. Knowlton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration from Queens University and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1977.

Mario Barrafato
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Barrafato is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dundee REIT, responsible for all financial planning and reporting as well as finance and compliance functions of the Trust. From November 2001 to July 2003 he served as Vice President, Taxation of Dundee Realty Corporation, responsible for all taxation matters and played a key role in the restructuring of Dundee Realty’s commercial revenue property business into Dundee REIT. From July 2003 to February 2006 he served as Senior Vice President and Controller in which capacity he implemented fundamental aspects of the investment trust structure and lead the financial accounting and reporting functions for the Trust. Prior to joining Dundee, Mario held progressive positions at Molson Inc. and KPMG. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
