Taxation of German Unitholders
Canadian Withholding Tax
In 2009, distributions payable to registered German unitholders are subject to an 18.5% wihtholding tax rate. German unitholders who hold their Dundee REIT units through a financial institution may be subject to a different withholding tax deduction. However, they may be eligible to receive a refund once the breakdown of the distribution payment is known.
