At March 31, 2013, Dundee REIT's portfolio totalled approximately 23.3 million square feet of well-located, high-quality central business district and suburban office assets across Canada.
The portfolio is comprised of 177 properties totalling approximately 27.2 million square feet, of which
our interest is approximately 23.3 million square feet. Our office buildings are currently
located in Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa, Vancouver, Regina, Saskatoon, Quebec City, Yellowknife and Halifax.
We have a strong portfolio of high-quality office properties that are well located within established central business districts and suburban markets. Our tenant base is well-diversified with a large number of high credit quality tenants.
