- Office Portfolio - 43 properties totalling approximately 6.0 million square feet, of which
our interest is approximately 5.0 million square feet (excluding redevelopment properties). Our office buildings are currently
located in Toronto, Saskatoon, Regina, Calgary, Yellowknife and Vancouver.
- Industrial Portfolio - 36 properties totalling approximately 1.8 million square feet. Our industrial properties are currently located in Calgary and Edmonton.
The diversification of our portfolio by geographic location, asset type and asset class helps to minimize our risk exposure and provides stability to our results. In addition, we focus on those asset classes in which we have a competitive advantage.
