At September 30, 2011, Dundee REIT's portfolio totalled approximately 18.9 million square feet of desirable high-quality office and industrial real estate assets.
- - 117 properties totalling approximately 16.5 million square feet, of which
our interest is approximately 15.2 million square feet. Our office buildings are currently
located in Halifax, Montréal, Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, Toronto, Saskatoon, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Yellowknife.
- - 54 properties totalling approximately 3.7 million square feet. Our industrial properties are currently located in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, London, Ottawa, Montréal and Halifax.
The diversification of our portfolio by geographic location, asset type and asset class helps to minimize our risk exposure and provides stability to our results. In addition, we focus on those asset classes in which we have a competitive advantage.
